Welcome to Green Pilates
Movement & Equipment Studio

At Green Pilates we have a great timetable of matwork Pilates along with other movement classes such as chiball, zumba, chair aerobics and Friday Fitness.

We also have a small Pilates equipment Studio.  For more information go to our "What is Pilates" page.


The studio is run by the owner Yolande Green with the help of our wonderful teaching and reception team. 

We run daytime classes Monday to Friday.

Please contact Yolande to book or discuss classes or any additional questions you may have.

Our studio is also shared with Claudine Bone who runs evening and Saturday classes for more information of these classes please visit her website

Getting Started

We are very excited to welcome you to our studio, and we would like to invite you to try a class for FREE. 

Have a look at the timetable and email us to book your free class or to discuss the best class for you.

If you would like to pop in for a chat and look round, no problem just email us to book.

If you have any injuries, areas of concern or areas of pain such as hips, knees, shoulders or Lower back pain, or any other health related conditions we suggest that you book for a quick chat before beginning classes, this will help the teacher to understand your needs and they will be able to give you the best support and class options.

Train to be a

Pilates Teacher

Are you looking for the perfect work-life balance?

Being a Pilates Teacher is a fun and rewarding career that can be done full-time or part-time, around other jobs and families. 

We work with Muse Fitness to deliver the YMCA Awards Level 3 Diploma in Teaching Pilates.

Our qualification is run in a similar format to the original training by Joseph Pilates the creator of the method and his teachers.

The course is done over a few months, with some flexibility in the learning hours to allow you to work at your own pace.
