We can guarantee you will find a warm and friendly welcome at Green Pilates Movement Studio.

​

The studio is run by the owner Yolande Green who has over 25 years experience in teaching the full Pilates Method which includes the matwork and the Pilates apparatus such as reformer, trapeze table and chair, she also has over 30 years experience in teaching a huge range of fitness and movement classes.  Yolande also works for governing bodies for the Pilates Method and writes and consults on fitness qualifications for governing bodies around the world. 

 

Yolande is supported by a fully qualified and experienced teaching team who offer you a personalised service even in group classes.

​

At Green Pilates we have a great timetable of Pilates Matwork along with other movement classes such as Chiball, Dance Fit, Meditation, Friday Fitness and even Line Dancing.

​

We also offer a range of classes suitable for those who prefer chair based exercise these include Chair Pilates, Chiball, Spirals, Chair aerobics and train to regain, and our teachers are qualified and insured to an advance level to be able to accommodate a range of health and movement challenges.

 

We also have an amazing Pilates Method Apparatus Studio which includes a reformer, tower, wunda chair and contour barrel among other things. 

We offer Duets, Trios and 121 sessions.

You can book classes on this website, see the "Book Now" button below, you do not need to pay when booking, you can pay when you attend at the studio and remember first class is FREE.

If you have any injuries, areas of concern or areas of pain such as hips, knees, shoulders or Lower back pain, or any other health related conditions we suggest that you book for a quick chat before beginning classes, this will help the teacher to understand your needs and they will be able to give you the best support and class options.

Train to be a

Pilates Teacher

Are you looking for the perfect work-life balance?

Being a Pilates Teacher is a fun and rewarding career that can be done full-time or part-time, around other jobs and families. 


We work with Muse Fitness to deliver the YMCA Awards Level 3 Diploma in Teaching Pilates.


Our qualification is run in a similar format to the original training by Joseph Pilates the creator of the method and his teachers.

​

The course is done over a few months, with some flexibility in the learning hours to allow you to work at your own pace.
