We have a wonderful selection of classes to help you get moving, get stronger, feel great
and meet some lovely people.
We hope you can find all the information you need, you can view our timetable and prices and also download them to print or keep at home.

Our studio has two managers, Yolande and Claudine. Yolande runs the daytime classes and Claudine evenings and Saturdays.
You will need to book classes with either Yolande or Claudine depending on which class you are booking.
Don't worry if you get confused we can both help you so just ask or email us.
Monday to Friday 9.30am - 3.00pm
Monday to Friday daytime classes are run and managed by Yolande Green please contact Yolande to book or discuss classes.
Monday to Thursday 6.00pm - 9.00pm
8.30am - 11.30am
Evening and Saturday classes are run and managed by Claudine Bone please contact Claudine to book or discuss classes.

If you would like to discuss exercising pre treatment, during treatment or post treatment for Cancer please contact our team for a one to one consultation. We have Level 4 Cancer Rehabilitation teachers that can help and support your exercise programme.
Pink Ribbon Program for Breast Cancer
This is a specific exercise programme for women wishing to exercise pre treatment, during treatment and post treatment, our Pink Ribbon teachers are trained in working with a range of reconstructions and breast cancers and can help support your exercise programme. Backcare professional member
Yolande is a professional members of Backcare. For over 50 years BackCare has been dedicated to educating the public throughout the UK and wider further afield in ways of preventing and alleviating back pain. Sit and be fit
We have a wonderful range of chair based exercise classes, from Pilates, yoga, zumba gold, circuits and chair gym
This is a fitness class where you can bring your little ones along, a place where if you turn up with your gym gear inside out and baby food on your top it’s the norm. It’s a place where you can meet other parents for a workout and some adult conversation. It’s a place where everyone is welcome.

Are you looking for the perfect work-life balance?
Being a Pilates Teacher is a fun and rewarding career that can be done full-time or part-time, around other jobs and families.
We work with Muse Fitness to deliver the YMCA Awards Level 3 Diploma in Teaching Pilates.
Our qualification is run in a similar format to the original training by Joseph Pilates the creator of the method and his teachers.
The course is done over a few months, with some flexibility in the learning hours to allow you to work at your own pace.

Let's get moving - our timetable explained
We aspire to encourage everyone to make exercise part of their weekly schedule, to improve their fitness and to help their bodies stay strong and healthy.
Our experienced and wonderful team of teachers run regular classes throughout the week to meet a full range of client needs and levels of fitness.
You will notice our timetable is colour coded, this is to help you find the right classes for you, however you may find it really beneficial to try lots of different classes, don’t be put off by the name of the class or the colour, you may surprise yourself and enjoy a class you didn’t think you would. You can try and class for FREE.
If you are unsure which class is right for you please contact us.
Please don’t be offended if they say that the class may not be suitable we just want to make sure we look after you in the best way possible.

If you have any injuries, areas of concern or areas of pain such as hips, knees, shoulders or Lower back pain, or any other health related conditions we suggest that you book a one to one assessment before beginning the classes.
The one to one assessment will help the instructor to understand your needs and they will be able to give you the best support and class options.

We also offer a range of workshops throughout the year that will help you to focus on moving better and dealing with any specific problems.

We do have access to parking outside the studio, please make sure you park within the fenced area to avoid getting a ticket. Parking spaces in the main council car park that do not have a number in them are free for up to 2 hours.
Parking in the main council car park is free after 6pm Monday to Saturday and free all day on Sundays.
Further parking is also available at Tesco, Station Car Park and Manor Street Car Park.
Please also be aware that the Legends club may have deliveries on a Thursday.
