Our studio timetable explained
We aspire to encourage everyone to make exercise part of their weekly schedule, to improve their fitness and to help their bodies stay strong and healthy.

Our experienced and wonderful team of teachers run a full range classes to meet the needs and levels of our clients.
It is important to find the right classes for you, so we encourage you to try lots of different classes, don’t be put off by the name of the class, you may surprise yourself and enjoy a class you didn’t think you would.
You can try any class for FREE.
​
We also offer 121 and duet sessions for matwork Pilates and equipment Pilates.
