ChiBall is a mind body exercise programme that combines the philosophy of traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) with Colour and Aromatherapy plus Musicality and Movement. ChiBall can be understood in an hour, learned in a week and provides a lifetime of discovery.
This class can be done seated or standing

This is a fantastic class for those who want to enjoy the benefits of Pilates but find getting up and down from the floor difficult. We use a range of equipment to get a full body workout and we have a lot of fun and laughter.
Thursday 11.30am - 12.15pm
This is a great class for those find getting up and down off the floor challenging, it includes a range of poses and movements as well as a range of breathing techniques. It is suitable for all abilities with options and adaptations.
Tuesday 10.30am - 11.15am
The Move it Programme
This is a 4 week course, supporting people to get moving again after isolation, COVID, injury or general lack of exercise, it covers methods of breathing, moving, assessing movement, dealing with stress & anxiety and is a great way to meet new people
Pilates is a fantastic method used to help improve strength, flexibility, mobility, overall movement and tone. Pilates ALL is suitable for all levels and abilities.
We do suggest that you book a 121 assessment and/or attend a Matwork Fundamentals workshop before attending this class.

This class takes the Pilates method a little bit further, with additional challenges. Not suitable for those new to Pilates
Yoga comes from the sanskrit word 'yuj' which means unite or join and so it is the bringing together of mind and body through our breath. Our Yoga class will begin and end with relaxation and will include a warm-up, sun salutations and various postures (asanas). Yoga is suitable for all abilities with options and adaptations.

Where ballet barre meets yoga & pilates in a fast paced, dynamic workout to music. Toning & sculpting a lean silhouette, improving posture & core strength!
Monday 7.30pm - 8.30pm
This class is a Challenging but fun class which incorporates high and low intensity moves and body weight exercises. We use martial arts based exercises combined with lunges, squats and core exercises which makes this 45 minute workout a great fat burner.
Wednesday 7.20pm - 8.05pm
Circuits for ALL
Come join us for circuits, this class involves some strength work, flexibility, mobility and cardio for a full body fitness workout, it is suitable for everyone and each exercise has suitable modifications including a chair for those who want to sit and exercise, unlike traditional circuits, you will stay on your mat or chair for the whole class
Friday 10.30am - 11.15am
This is an innovative multi-gym which folds away – and is based on a chair. It works by having resistance bands for your arms, legs, shoulders and chest. This is a great workout for the whole body.
Monday 11.30am - 12.15pm
Zumba is a Latin American rhythm based workout which is fun, energetic and sweaty!
It doesn’t matter if you have never done a single Zumba class previously, just give it a go!
Zumba is about feeling good, enjoying exercise and finishing a workout with a huge smile on your face! Suitable for all levels and abilities

Perfect for those who want to party, but put extra emphasis on toning and sculpting to define those muscles! The challenge of adding resistance by using Zumba®Toning Sticks, helps you focus on specific muscle groups, so you (and your muscles) stay engaged!

This is class is done at a much lower intensity than Zumba but it’s just as much fun just not as fast! This class can be done standing, with the support of a chair, seated or a mixture of all three.
