We offer flexible options depending on how you prefer to attend, for our movement class, this excludes group reformer and 1:1 apparatus sessions.

For movement classes you can choose:

Our Monthly passes give you
-3, 5, 7 classes per week

         -or unlimited for a set fee.

Attend regularly with a set monthly plan

​​You can change your option each month depending on your schedule.

We also have an optional annual membership, members receive a discount on all pay as you go classes, monthly passes and workshops.

​

Group reformer sessions must be booked in advance through via reception, email or by using our app, we only have 6 reformers so this must be booked in advance.
