About the event

This two hour workshop helps you to understand the importance of the pelvic floor muscles.  We will discover how they work, how they support the pelvis, spine, knees and general movement.  We will spend time look at the theory of the pelvic floor and then we will spend some time practicing the exercises.  Everyone will receive a takeway resource to help support their home practice.
