Service Description

This 2 hour workshop gives qualified Pilates matwork teachers the tools to understand how to modifying the Traditional Pilates method and apply it to a group matwork class, we will look at exercises designed for the reformer, tower, barrels and magic circle and apply them using a range of small equipment.
